Project Initiation - To increase your chances of success, make sure the projects you pursue are your priority.

Project Initiation – To increase your chances of success, make sure the projects you pursue are your priority.

You can do anything you’d like but you cannot do everything you’d like. The key to achieving your most significant goals is to make them your priority.

The first step is to decide how something becomes your priority.  When people complete the 60 hour online Cheetah Certified Project Management program, they learn how to prioritize based on those actions (and projects) that best leverage their innate strengths.  You as well can learn how to use your innate strengths to:

  • prioritize how you learn in the most efficient and effective ways for you
  • increase your chances of success  by making the right projects for you your top priority
  • figure out the ways you work best so you complete your top priority projects the right way for you
  • negotiate with others in a way that respects their unique priorities (and strengths) so everyone shines.

It is much easier to achieve any goal you set when you make it your priority to use your innate strengths the best way for you.

But just making it your priority to use your innate strengths the best way for you is only the first step.   The next step is making it your priority to go after those goals that really matter to what is most important to you.  This is a cornerstone of Cheetah’s new program called “The Happiness Project.”   (You can learn how to prioritize your goals as well in Cheetah’s 5 hour online Goal Lab program).
