21 Day Practice of Peace – Day 2 – Live in My Innate Goodness

In the Buddha Brain book the author explains how to create a more peaceful mind is to be on your own side.   By this he means stop the negative self talk – instead recognize while you may have flaws, you are inherently a good person and live in your own goodness.   Since I spent yesterday recognizing others innate goodness and it’s a practice i continue doing every day, I am going to spend today catching my innate goodness shining through.
