June 6 – Face your fears and anxieties head-on and immediately. Waiting only compounds it. Use a worry-ometer. Assess the probability that what you fear happening will occur and the impact if it did occur. If what you fear has a high probability of happening and a high impact if it did happen, figure out other ways of achieving your goals to reduce your perceived risks.
