How you keep your environment shapes the state of your mental health.

June 26 – When you’re faced with a question that seems too intrusive or embarrassing for you to answer, ask clarifying questions such as “why would you like to know that?” or “what do you need to do with the information?” before jumping to conclusions about the appropriateness of the request.

Missing out on this becomes the natural consequence of their tardiness.
