April 3 – How you take care of your body impacts how well your mind works. When you feel yourself getting upset, think back to what you have consumed over the last several hours or days. Eating a high protein and complex carb type diet paired with regular exercise improves mental performance. Stay away from sweets, eat your vegetables, eliminate caffeine, and exercise at least half an hour every day.
