I’ve had a frenetically busy day.  Arrived at the Portland office late last night from Alaska and had to turn it around today to prep and leave for a private Inspired Eagle Yoga retreat in Seattle at 6 PM tonight.  The retreat includes cooking lessons so I’ve also enjoyed running around Portland picking up supplies for that as well.  Amazingly I’ve been enthusiastically engaged, inspired and energized all day. In a very happy and calm way.

I woke up to some pressing work related demands on my attention and did not get around to doing the Happiness Yoga Flow until 11:30 AM.  But it was the perfect half hour interruption and reset my happiness meter so I could go back at the yoga event prep with renewed focus.

This whole happiness challenge is inspiring me to be much more mindful of the choice I can make moment by moment with how I approach the immediate task at hand.  If I’m going to be doing whatever I’m going to be doing anyhow, I may as well do it enthusiastically with my full attention.
