Michelle has been running her company virtually for the past 20 years. She has grown the company 100 fold in the past 20 years, and she credits her success to using the Cheetah Project Management method to better manage both people and technology. Michelle’s mission is to help people achieve great results, FAST, by making it fast, easy and fun to learn and do Project Management.
Michelle has set up an incredible team to run Cheetah Learning. This enables her to leverage her project management skills to lead a research project on growing food year round in remote locations with harsh climates. She is currently working on this on location in Alaska. Once the team creates and validates a simple to operate year round food production system, she will be creating courses to teach others how to become more locally food self-sufficient. She does occassionally travel outside of Alaska to do speaking engagements about how to succeed at Cheetah speed using the power of Project Management.

Dear,
I have been dealing with agile methodology for about 4 years now, I couldn’t find any team really responding to changes, they just use agile to say they can make chaos formally, I really don’t lean to any methodology, but what is the problem with agile? why do people always abuse agile?
Thanks
